We ship worldwide and all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (except for pre-orders). Can't find your country at the checkout? Contact us and we'll figure it out.

Shipping for 3 or 4 LP/Tapes is usually the same as for 1. Try to combine orders if possible. 

All of our packages go out through UPS or POSTNL (local postal service) and all orders come with tracking. If you didn't receive a tracking number after a couple of days from your purchase, please check your spam folder or feel free to contact us.

All orders are packaged to eliminate damage being done to the item(s) ordered during transit. Vinyl is packed in new LP boxes, fortified with extra carton and bubble wrap for extra protection. Tapes are always packed in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap protection. IMPORTANT: if you're buying only one Cassette and selected 'SINGLE TAPE MAILER' shipping option, we can't provide any protection since the mailer has no room for it. We are not responsible for cracked cases.

Night Terrors Records does not stand responsible for packages lost/damaged in the mail.

Refunds/replacements are given ONLY for inherently faulty products (i.e. vinyl production errors), or if we send the wrong item by mistake. If there’s something wrong with your order upon receiving it, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to solve the situation with you.

Please make sure to provide a COMPLETE address. If you leave out an Apartment, Suite or Floor number, it is likely the post office will return the package to us. In that case you would need to repay the shipping cost again, plus any associated cost we are charged by the carrier for the return postage on your package. This is easily avoided by providing complete address information.
